ZD / g slurry pump is applicable to mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical industry, building materials and other industries to transport abrasive and corrosive slurry containing solid particles, such as ash transportation of power plant, coal slurry transportation, ore slurry transportation of metallurgical concentrator, coal slurry and heavy medium transportation of coal washing plant, etc. The maximum weight concentration of solid-liquid mixture: mortar 45%, pulp 60%.

Structural features

1) The pump head and bracket are connected by bolts. The pump outlet can be installed and used at an interval of 45 ° at eight different angles according to the needs, which is convenient to meet the on-site pipeline needs of customers and create favorable conditions for multi-stage connection.

2) The bracket is provided with an adjusting bolt, which drives the axial displacement of the bearing box by screwing the adjusting bolt, so as to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate and ensure that the pump always runs at the high efficiency point.

3) Strong interchangeability of overcurrent components.

4) The bearing position is designed with a temperature measuring device to facilitate the data acquisition of the customer's on-site DCS control system.
