Vertical slurry pump

The HL series submerged pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump that is immersed in the liquid and used to transport abrasive, corrosive, coarse particles, and high concentration slurry. It does not require any shaft seal or shaft seal water and can operate normally even under insufficient suction conditions.

The flow passage components of the HL series submerged pump are made of silicon carbide (SIC) ceramics, with good wear and corrosion resistance, and long service life. Especially suitable for various pit pumps in mines, coal preparation, and desulfurization systems.

Structural characteristics of HL submerged pump

Adopting a vertical cantilever structure.

The semi open impeller design adopts silicon carbide ceramic impeller with a disassembly ring for easy impeller disassembly.

The flow passage components are all made of ceramic material, which has excellent wear and corrosion resistance, improving the overall service life of the pump.

The cylindrical bearing component adopts a high capacity bearing design, and the bearings are lubricated with grease.

The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation of the pump.

No shaft seal required.

The pump and driver can choose direct transmission or triangular belt transmission.
